In Turnkey Project, it is our obligation to complete the project according to pre-specified criteria for a price that is fixed at the time the contract is signed. The process includes visit the site, evaluate the site suitability for construction, preparation of plan, design the suitable structure, discuss and finalise the amenities required, space planning, finalise the look after the construction in an animated form, then negotiate and sign the contract. When the contract is signed it becomes the responsibility of the contractor to finish the work as per the agreed terms and the client’s responsibility is to release the payment as per the contract. It reduce the headache and risk of the land owner.
